#### Can you tell us a little about yourself?

My name is Rachele Low and I am a Training Specialist at EBSCO, focusing on Biomedical and Corporate customers in Oceania. I am based in greater Sydney, Australia, and live with my three daughters (I also have two grown sons) and two French bulldogs.

#### Prior to joining EBSCO, what did you do?

I have a background in teaching, both at a primary school and tertiary level. I am also a registered midwife and ran my own private midwifery practice for thirteen years.

#### What made you want to move to work on the training team?

I really enjoy teaching. I love EBSCO products and have always been a research nerd. And I got tired of being called out of bed in the middle of the night to attend a labour! Witnessing birth is an awesome privilege, but as I’ve gotten older, sleepless nights have gotten harder to recover from.

#### What is your favourite part of your job?

I love working with customers and showing them how to access, make sense of and work with the incredible amount of information that is out there. It is rewarding when they realise how they can use EBSCO products to enrich their professional or personal lives.

#### What are some of the most common questions you get as a library trainer?

I get asked a lot of technical questions. I mostly get asked how to find certain things on the various platforms. It’s always rewarding being able to answer questions and help people find what they are looking for.

#### What do you see your job looking like in the future?

As digital resources continue to expand, EBSCO will continue to have an important a role in organising information and making it accessible. I look forward to being a part of this.
