These resources provide comprehensive, evidence-based topics spanning the wide range of conditions and situations clinicians encounter every day plus an innovative AI capability with [**Dyna AI**](https://more.ebsco.com/Dyna-AI.html) used by millions of clinicians worldwide.

As we enter 2026, here’s a recap of top usage trends across our platforms in 2025.

These keyword searches in [**DynaMed**](https://www.dynamed.com/)**/**[**DynaMedex**](https://www.dynamedex.com/) in 2025 highlight clinicians' focus on the diagnosis and management of common conditions such as [hypertension](https://www.dynamedex.com/condition/hypertension), [urinary tract infections (UTI)](https://www.dynamedex.com/results?q=uti&lang=en), [gout](https://www.dynamedex.com/condition/gout), [cellulitis](https://www.dynamedex.com/condition/cellulitis), [hyponatremia](https://www.dynamedex.com/approach-to/hyponatremia-in-adults-approach-to-the-patient), and [sinusitis](https://www.dynamedex.com/condition/acute-bacterial-rhinosinusitis-and-sinusitis-in-adults). Infectious disease management also topped the list, with frequent searches for Tamiflu for influenza and Keflex (cephalexin), Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim), and doxycycline antibiotics for many of the bacterial infections causing UTI, cellulitis, and sinusitis.

For customers with Dyna AI enabled, searches in DynaMed/DynaMedex go beyond finding the right topic; they find answers to their clinical questions instantly. For example, the [Dyna AI response](https://www.dynamedex.com/results?q=hypertension&lang=en) for ***hypertension*** begins with the most common diagnostic definition of blood pressure (systolic ≥ 140 mm Hg or diastolic ≥ 90 mm Hg) and offers follow-up prompts such as:

- *What are the risk factors for developing hypertension?*
- *What are the different types of hypertension?*
- *How is hypertension diagnosed and monitored?*

Each answer is just one click away, along with links to detailed DynaMed content.
