**IPSWICH, Mass.** — **January 6, 2017** — One of Europe’s largest healthcare providers is making EBSCO Health’s *DynaMed Plus*® available to its clinicians. This will give all the clinicians in the Stockholm County Council access to the most current, evidence-based clinical content so they can make informed healthcare decisions for their patients.

The County Council promotes good health and care on equal terms for all of the county’s inhabitants in accordance with the Swedish Health and Medical Services Act. It joins a number of other European health serives that have adopted *DynaMed Plus*, including organizations in Finland, Italy and Scotland.

The process of selecting *DynaMed Plus* included having the clinicians evaluate different tools and provide feedback. The clinicians pointed to the ease of use and navigation, how quickly they could find the desired information and the evidence-based foundation for the content as reasons for selecting *DynaMed Plu*s over competitors.

Updated daily, *DynaMed Plus* curates the most current evidence from more than 500 medical journals. Structured to decrease the time to answer, it offers bulleted summaries of topics with the most concise, evidence-based recommendations with easily accessible supporting references. The semantic search functionality and “follow” feature allows users to set up alerts to be notified when topics are updated with new evidence and guidelines.

There is a *DynaMed Plus* mobile app designed to operate regardless of network connectivity to help overcome an issue that many physicians face with inconsistent mobile service. *DynaMed Plus* will be updated when it is connected to the network but once content is downloaded, a physician can use the mobile app even if there is a poor signal or no signal at all.
