For more than 10 years, EBSCO Community Plus has connected libraries with community licensing opportunities designed to support shared access, reduce administrative effort and simplify participation in publisher agreements. EC+ brings together EBSCO’s publisher relationships, licensing experience and library service expertise to help libraries explore available opportunities with confidence.

## How EC+ Works

EC+ gives libraries a path to join existing publisher agreements negotiated by EBSCO. Instead of managing the full licensing process on their own, libraries can review available opportunities, confirm eligibility and work with EBSCO to understand next steps.
