Many librarians have visited the EBSCO station to get a ticket to solve their library challenges.

Younghoon is struggling with authentication at his library. His current proxy authentication solution experiences delays when accessing the library’s resources. In addition, it’s not possible to check how much of the electronic resources are being used to better serve his library users.
