With nearly 20 years of experience in public libraries, she brings a strong understanding of library workflows, staff needs, and the realities of public service.
In her role at NoveList, Caleigh delivers practical demonstrations, creates clear help documentation, and provides thoughtful guidance to support product adoption and ongoing use. She enjoys helping library staff build confidence, try new approaches, and experience those “Aha!” moments when a tool or concept clicks.
Outside of work, Caleigh enjoys spending time with her nephew and pets, and getting creative through arts and crafts. A longtime reader, she loved The Egypt Game by Zilpha Keatley Snyder as a child, and today you’ll most often find her reading character-driven mysteries and thrillers.
