Mosaic invoices can be batched and output in EDI format, then posted to a Mosaic SFTP location for retrieval. PDF invoices can also be posted to this same location for retrieval to further streamline the acquisitions workflow.

Orders are placed in Mosaic, validated in real time using WMS’s validation lists, and automatically created in WMS via API-based ordering. Order line identifiers flow back into Mosaic and appear on invoices, cataloging records, and the storefront, streamlining the acquisitions workflow.

Libraries can have MARC cataloging records delivered directly to a secure SFTP location, either individually as soon as records are available or consolidated into a daily batch configured with your preferred time. An email notification alerts users when files are ready for pickup.
