The Advanced Search page's search boxes now automatically resize to always show the full length of the search string entered. And users can now add up to 12 search boxes by clicking “Add row” and delete any additional rows back down to the default of 3, by clicking “Delete row.” There's also a new "Clear all" button which clears all search boxes at once.

Enable personal users to request a report that includes their custom folder container information and custom folder contents. The rollout for this functionality started on May 2, 2025 and completed on May 28, 2025.
In addition to Company Discovery Pages, BSI released another feature called “Industry Discovery Pages”. This feature provides another, singular overview of the top industries in the world today. Each page includes an Industry Smart Panel that offers an overview of the target industry. Additionally, researchers will discover links to related companies, industry reports from leading providers, relevant articles, and more!
We are excited to introduce "Company Discovery Pages," a new feature in BSI designed to enhance your business research experience. This feature will provide comprehensive Company Discovery Pages for several thousand companies, consolidating various materials and artifacts into a single, intuitive view. Each page will include a Company Smart Panel which will include details such as headquarters, CEO, ticker number, employee count, and more when data is available. Additionally, researchers will see top competitors, industry reports, SWOT analyses, case studies, articles, videos, and more!
For those who previously used the Company Information portal in Classic BSI, the new Company Discovery Pages will serve as its enhanced successor, offering the same detailed company information with additional intuitive features. Please note that only the Company Smart Panel will be available in EBSCOhost.
Library administrators can change the default display to show the full or abbreviated abstract on the results page using a setting in the Configuration module of EBSCO Experience Manager. Users still have the ability to show the full or abbreviated abstract in the user interface.
Library administrators can change the number of records that display on the results list using a setting in the Configuration module of EBSCO Experience Manager. In addition to the default value of 10 records, administrators can select to display 20, 30, or 50 items. Users still have the ability to change the number of records that display via a pulldown menu in the user interface.
The Related Items feature found on the detailed record and in the PDF and HTML viewers will be renamed to Publication Contents to better reflect what this feature is showing to end users - other articles included in the same issue (serials) or edition (monographs) as the record the user is currently on.
Configuration of IP authentication will move from EBSCOadmin to EBSCO Experience Manager. Administrators will benefit from self-supported IP configuration in a modern and intuitive UI.
NoveList Select is now available in the latest versions of EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS) and EBSCOhost, enhancing these interfaces with detailed book recommendations, series titles in reading order, and other helpful information from NoveList to assist both library staff and users in finding great next reads with expertly curated read-alikes.
